We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a 1st shift position. This role is focused on reducing downtime and improving MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) through fast and effective electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electrical systems from 24VDC to 480V
- Diagnose and repair:
- Fuses
- Relays
- Switches
- Proximity sensors
- VFDs
- Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC inputs/outputs
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Perform work inside control panels
- Wire motors and install VFDs
- Replace sensors, prox switches, and fuses
- Perform control wiring and electrical repairs
- Complete basic mechanical repairs on:
- Gearboxes
- Chains
- Belts
- Rollers
- Bearings
- Sprockets
Requirements:
- Industrial maintenance electrician experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in 24VDC–480V
- Basic PLC knowledge
- Ability to read schematics
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience with motors, drives, sensors, and control wiring
- Able to work independently on nights
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40–$45/hr, based on experience
